Why is Topherrr still playing?

me rain method and death all agreed that he was hacking and i was told he got his mac address banned.
so why is it that hes back in the servers?
im not trying to say that was a dumb call i just want to know why we go so easy on hacker

He has like 10 accounts..

if you have an internet like SBC/DSL.

You have an unstable internet connection.
As in, its nothing like cable, direct.

Its directed through the satellites in space.
So when you unplug your box, if you have an unstable internet.
It changes your ip, and valve uses your IP to ban you.


So he must be loving to hack in our server..
To keep changing his ip.

Well, thats if you ban his ip, you can add his steamid to the banlist
