cs problem

k well i dunno if im gonna be on much now my cs has some wack ass problem and ive tried reinstalling cs and steam nuthin fuckin works my ms just keeps spiking to like 300 and i lagout for a second or so and makes it impossible to play so unless someone knows how to fix this i cant play

try your rates, video settings programs open

lol cmon man im not that dumb ive tried everything that you would think of to try and i know its not my rates video settings or programs open becuz nuthing is diffrent then before and it is my ms which is your net so i dunno thnx for the suggestion tho

restart your router? your internet box?
