Cream puffs with strawberries and powdered sugar on top. Also chocolate tartlets with ganache filling and a raspberry on top with gold flakes.


Fruit tart made from pate sucree with vanilla custard. The fruits are strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, mandarin oranges, raspberries, and black berries all covered with apricot glaze.


Angel cupcake with raspberry with raspberry sauce on top and whipped cream.


Whimsical cake (mad hatter) my first attempt at it too. First layer is strawberry cake with cream and fresh banana filling. Second layer is chocolate with ganache filling. Third layer is vanilla cake with cream and fresh strawberries.


My first wedding cake, and third fondant cake ever. All layers are vanilla cake and first layer is fresh strawberries and cream, and second is mango and cream, and the third layer is fresh strawberries again.

Yes everyone, I made everything I posted, and yes I go to culinary school.. lol.. So everything on here I made it myself dammit! hahaha! And the cakes I made while at home because I taught myself, I didn't learn that at school, so yeah. But everything else is pictures I took while at school.
