I'm unable to kick people in the server not high enough i guess... and there is a guy "vinny" killing everyone - incld teammates first. need help please.

did u get ur 1 star admin yet, cuz u start with 1 star and that only voting and after a week or 2 of being active u get ur 2 stars which u can kick and ban
